[1.20.1] Missing textures and name for wood items with cherry/bamboo/mangrove

Describe the bug
Tethered Log and Scratching posts are registered with vanilla Cherry, Mangrove, and Bamboo, but they don't have models or names. Recipes work fine and use the appropriate vanilla items except the bamboo tethered log.
