I'm currently using Forge (41.0.87) (I was able to reproduce the etror on 41.0.91 too) and Framework (0.3.0) and everytime I load minecraft I get the following error:

"Framework (framework) has failed to load correctly
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraftforge//client/model/IModelLoader"
