Crash Report: MTR Boat Node and Framework Mod Conflict
After extensive testing, I identified that the Framework mod is causing Minecraft to crash when attempting to use the Boat Node feature in the Minecraft Transit Railway (MTR) mod. Debugging this issue was challenging, as I was working with a 137-mod pack where Framework happened to be the last mod I disabled during testing.
The attached log shows the crash details: crash-2025-01-23_16.29.50-client.txt
Steps to Reproduce the Crash
- Required Mods
- Download the following mods:
- Minecraft Transit Railway (MTR-forge-1.20.1-3.2.2-hotfix-2.jar)
- Framework (causing the crash)
- Alternatively, download the modpack "Projekt Pinguin" by PinguinmikeTV (Version PPXII V1.2). PPXII V1.2
- Setup in a New World
- Place two Boat Nodes in a straight line on the water, with some distance between them.
Example:x---------------x
x
= Boat Node-
= air
- Connect the Boat Nodes
- Use the Siding Rail Connector to link both Boat Nodes by right-clicking them.
- Open the Boat Dashboard
- Right-click to open the dashboard interface.
- Create a Depo
- Click "Depo" on the top-left menu.
- Select "Create New Depo" and drag to draw the depo area on the map.
- Trigger the Crash
- Minecraft should crash.
- If the crash does not occur immediately, try increasing the distance between the two Boat Nodes.
