Expected Behavior

Modded lightning rods attract lightning during storms & capable of being the target of trident channelling.

Actual Behavior

Lightning bolts strike unimpeded & channelling tridents behaving as if it's a normal block.

Reproduction Steps

Lightning attraction

• Wait until storm, either by time or via commands.
• Place down a modded rod, nothing happens while lightnings strike around.
• Place down a vanilla rod, lightning bolts get attracted to it normally.
• Wait until the rod gets oxidized, losing effect.

Channelling target

• Place down a normal rod and a modded rod, driven by sticky pistons extending upwards and a redstone clock.
• Throw one tridents on each, both have channelling. Vanilla rod produces lightning as it's driven by the piston, while the modded rod has no effect.
