Does config screen can be translated？

Now there are more and more new creatures and more and more configurable items.
If they cannot be translated, it will be difficult to use.
This is a good idea, I can make it possible in the future, but i currently dont have time for the rework. I will close this for now and keep it in the backlog, thanks!
Minor update on this is that it will be implemented for all of the new mc/mod versions, so from 1.21.x and later, new translatable config will be present.
