Chillager Captains do not drop Ominous Bottles on death

Describe the bug
Chillager Captains, like Pillager Captains, should drop Ominous Bottles on death. This is needed for raids and ominous trials in Frostologer Castles/Trial Chambers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Spawn a Chillager captain
  2. Kill it

Expected behavior
An Ominous Bottle should be dropped
