Frozen torches drop frozen torches instead of sticks

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place frozen torch
2. Break it
3. Observe frozen torch sadly

Expected behavior
Frozen torch should drop stick (as it says on mod page)

ah yeah looks like i didnt update the loot table properly for 1.21, will get that fixed soon
