Modpack Use Permissions

Do you guys explicitly state anywhere that you give permission for others to redistribute this in modpacks? I ask because the All Rights Reserved license does not give these permissions and while Curseforge does include these permissions if you were to distribute your modpack somewhere other than Curseforge (e.g. Modrinth) you would be asked to provide proof of permission.
