Did you isolate Full-Slabs?

I tried Full-Slabs alone

Please note that you did not "isolate Full-Slabs mod" as you are reporting a compatibility bug with an other mod (betterX). What slabs are you trying to place ? Could you please provide the latest.log ? Are you running any other mod (except bclib, cloth config and malilib) ?

It's just the betterend slabs, i tried it with just both mods. All betterend slabs render wrongly.

please post your log when only running BetterEnd (+bclib) and fullslabs mod ! Can't reproduce visual error on the left of the image on my side. The placing problem (slab only render half when placed vertical in certain conditions) is known. Are you using shaders ?

Had a deeper look into it. BetterEnd does handle block registration in a dynamic way, not generating all blockstates in time for fullslab to load and change them.
This will most likely not be fixed any time soon as it would require massive rework of the mod...
