We're using the drying racks on a server in 1.10.2, and we like their functionality, but only the person who hangs the item on the rack can see that item, so they come along, see an empty rack and undo what the last person was doing with the racks.

There's also an issue that if you take the items off the racks too quickly, you will only receive some of them.
