[1.18.2] pusher upgrade only push into first slot of chest

DO NOT REPORT AN ISSUE IF YOU HAVEN'T TESTED THE ISSUE WITH THE LATEST VERSION IN CURSEFORGE
Functional Storage Version:
1.18.2-1.1.3
Titanium Version:
3.5.7
so if i were to have two ender drawers linked one pulling, another pushing
the one pullling can pull from all the slots of a chest
but if i try to use a pusher upgrade to push items into a chest it will only push into the first slot (not the first open slot)
