[1.18.2] Infinite bucket/fluid dupe bug with shield (same as bug #165 but for 1.18.2)

Functional storage version: 1.18.2-1.1.4

Titanium Version: 1.18.2-3.5.11-47

Expected behavior: When using a bucket (or other object capable of storing liquid) by right-clicking on the fluid drawer, the bucket will be emptied and the fluid in the bucket will go into the fluid drawer. The empty bucket will replace the bucket of water in the hotbar. An empty bucket may then be used to take water from the drawer by right-clicking on the drawer with the empty bucket selected in the hotbar

Observed behavior: The amount stored in the drawer increases by the expected amount but the full bucket (or other fluid container; tested with Thermal series reservoir) of fluid remains in the hotbar. An empty bucket is placed in the offhand, overwriting any current item there. Fluids cannot be removed from the drawer by right-clicking; instead the bucket must be placed in the offhand and the player must left-click on the drawer with an empty slot selected in the hotbar in order to fill a bucket.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place down a fluid drawer.
  2. Right-click on the drawer with a filled bucket of fluid selected in the hotbar.
  3. The offhand should now contain an empty bucket, replacing whatever had been in the offhand (if anything).
  4. Replace the still full bucket in the hotbar with the empty bucket you now have in your offhand.
  5. Right-click on the drawer. The bucket in the hotbar should still be empty and the level of fluid in storage will be the same.
  6. place the empty bucket back in the offhand.
  7. Select an empty spot in the hotbar and left-click on the drawer. This should withdraw fluid from the drawer.

Mods active: Too many to reasonably list.

I am assuming this is the same issue as #165 for version 1.19.2, which is marked as fixed. Unfortunately I have not yet decided to move to a higher numbered version, so that's on me, but if at all possible, could the 1.19.2 fix be backported to the 1.18.2 version? If this issue should be fixed in the 1.18.2 version, then there's another weird mod interaction going on and I can look into that further on my end when I get a chance. I have a suspected culprit if it's not the same JEI issue.
