[1.21] NBT data keep getting longer after placing and breaking drawer with upgrade

DO NOT REPORT AN ISSUE IF YOU HAVEN'T TESTED THE ISSUE WITH THE LATEST VERSION IN CURSEFORGE

Functional Storage Version: 1.3.3
Titanium Version: 4.0.21
Modpack: ATM10 1.0

Steps:

  1. Place down a drawer and put any upgrade/downgrade
  2. Break the drawer with upgrade in it
  3. Place it down and break it again
  4. Repeat step 3

The NBT attribute functionalstorage:tile keep getting readded to itself, causing the NBT to get longer and longer. Theres a workaround to reset the NBT by taking out all the upgrade.
