DO NOT REPORT AN ISSUE IF YOU HAVEN'T TESTED THE ISSUE WITH THE LATEST VERSION IN CURSEFORGE

Steps to reproduce:
- Make a framed drawer
- Decorate it
- Place it
- Insert some fluid
- Attempt to lock it with the config tool
The lock icon doesn't show up and /data get block confirms it is not locked
