This is on the Craftoria mod pack, and sounds similar to the issue here [https://github.com//issues/203].
Basically any mod's item pipes will disconnect, seemingly after server restart. Tested with Pipez' item pipes, Mekanism Logistical Transporters (every tier), and Modern Dynamics' item pipe.
The workaround is to break the access point, replace it and link it back to the drawer network before removing and reconnecting the pipes.
