As the title says,

I don't know if its a problem with how ProductiveBees declares storage of the centrifuge for the input but you cant push from a drawer into one no matter the side, you can though pull items that have finished processing(ex copper ore)

A drawer can pull combs from a hive not the extension box although its suppose to be a small 1x2 multiblock) but that's less problematic.

I am playing ATM10 currently.
