In ATM 10, The [Ars Nouveau] Display Case (which sends a redstone signal when an 'observed' container contains less or more than a threshold of items) doesn't update when a [Functional Storage] container updates.

If the [Ars Nouveau] display case is taking inventory of [Functional Storage] Drawer (containing x number of an item), and the number of items in that drawer falls below the number threshold specified in the [Ars Nouveau] Display Case, it will correctly send a redstone signal. If the [Functional Storage] Drawer then goes above that threshold the [Ars Nouveau] display case doesn't stop producing a redstone signal. In effect, the display case isn't being updated. It still sends a redstone signal because it "thinks" the storage is below the threshold. The [Ars Nouveau] display case will count the number of items within any other storage, but for some reason it doesn't work with Functional Storage after an item is removed and then readded to the storage drawer
