[1.21] Cannot insert or remove upgrades in compactiong drawers - wrong max item count?

Functional Storage Version: 1.21.1-1.4.3

Titanium Version: 4.0.37

In the above image I cannot add a copper upgrade. If I add the the diamond upgrade I cannot take it back out again unless I add two more copper upgrades. Adding the copper upgrade works if I reduce the number of items to less than 4096, removing is only possible at 512 or less items.

This looks like it is miscounting the existing/max itemstacks somehow, the 512 suggesting it is based off the 2x2 drawer?

Pack is OceanBlock 2, but I noticed the same issue with ATM 10.
