I wish it was possible to swap a lower tier storage upgrade with a higher tier upgrade when the drawer (or compacting drawer) is full or near full.

For example, drawer has 4 copper storage upgrades, it is full, I can't swap a copper upgrade for a diamond upgrade without emptying the drawer till I can remove one copper upgrade, just then I can put a diamond upgrade.
