Allow upping or lowering drawer priorities similar to Ae2 storage busses, so that when storing they take priority over other drawers being filled, potentially with the same item. or regardless of contents

Maybe also a toggle to have it prioritize over other drawers which already have the item?
E.g. I deposit to a drawer network, one drawer already has an item, but my drawer has a higher priority and has the option toggled on to ignore other existing drawers with item, so it receives the item, or with it disabled even though the other has a lower priority, it could still receive the matching item
