[1.21] locked drawer not craftable into any other drawers

Functional Storage Version:1.5.3.jar

Titanium Version:1.21-4.0.40.jar

wasnt a crash just a crafting bug unable to craft with locked drawer previous versions allowed this but wont allow it without any items in the drawer
