you already know it but the furnus_recipes.json is not being updated during version changes.

I would suggest reading the the file and adding recipes which aren't in there in, you could add an option in the config to either

add, override, leave alone

the existing config file, defaulting to add.

This would save people the hassle to delete the file during updates.
