[1.12.2] Smithing table has no JEI Integration

Not sure if this has been posted here yet, so here I am.
Weird that the smithing table has crafttweaker integration, but no JEI integration, which forces mudpack creators to notify users of recipes in the smithing table in other ways. Would definitely make things easier and a bit nicer.

My apologies, I had forgotten I had hid the smithing category in JEI using crafttweaker. Please close/discard this issue.
