Pandas don't spawn often in modpacks with many other mobs such as ones added from mods like Animania , it would be good to make a config option to adjust the spawn rate, so far in my modpack I have not been able to find a single one, although my luck could be bad.

I've heard of lots of issues with Pandas and Bamboo not appearing in Jungles. Gonna look into this soon.

I bumped up the spawn rate of pandas. The reason Pandas are so rare is because the Jungle biomes have lots of leaves on the ground which prevent mob spawns.
