Bone mealing plants does not play the 1.17 sound effect.

Description:

When bone meal is applied to a plant (e.g., crops, saplings, sweet berry bushes) in 1.12.2, the new "item.bone_meal.use" sound event introduced in Minecraft 1.17 is not played.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Plant any growable plant.
  2. Attempt to use bone meal on the plant.

Expected Behavior:

The "item.bone_meal.use" sound event should play when bone meal is used on a plant, as it does in Minecraft 1.17 and later versions.

Actual Behavior:

No sound is played when bone meal is used on a plant.

ASMC backports new MC sounds. Use that for the bone mealing sound.
