Description:

Campfires cannot be lit by shooting them with a flaming arrow, which is a feature in vanilla Minecraft as of the latest version, 1.21.4.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a campfire.
  2. Put it out with a shovel.
  3. Shoot the campfire with a flaming arrow.

Expected Behavior:

The campfire should be lit when shot with a flaming arrow.

Actual Behavior:

The campfire remains unlit.
