Campfires cannot be extinguished with splash water bottles.

Description:

A lit campfire cannot be extinguished by using a splash water bottle. In vanilla Minecraft, a splash water bottle will extinguish a lit campfire, but in FutureMC this does not occur.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a campfire.
  2. Throw a splash water bottle at the lit campfire.

Expected Behavior:

The campfire should be extinguished when a splash water bottle is thrown at it.

Actual Behavior:

The campfire remains lit.
