[1.12.2] The cartography table is not functional

Description:

After right-clicking on the cartography table, with the block functionality enabled in the mod config, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place Cartography Table.
  2. Right-click on the Cartography Table.

Expected Behavior:

Opening of Cartography Table's menu.

Actual Behavior:

Nothing happens.

Version:

  • Minecraft: 1.12.2
  • Forge: 14.23.5.2860
