[1.11] Assembly uses SP incorrctly

it seems like NE and SP are not consumed.

some recipe consume SP thorugh

ok Ne and SP should get consumed, but sometimes it dont work...

@Wugand I need our server logs, there should be alot of crashes in there (eachtime I use the assembly table)
