Also Opti Bench can use buffer like techtable do - chemicals and engines (colored tanks) require water in their receipt and as result opti bench is hard to automate (can't supply multiple buckets), or alternative can be suplying water by liquid interface/pipes without buckets.
P.S. Buildcraft tables were pulling buckets from adjusted chests. This also might be a solution.
