White Focus Lens recipe not working when the Industrial Neon Furnace contains SP

Version: 26.3.461

When the Industrial Neon Furnace contains enough SP for the Nether Quartz -> Silicon Wafer recipe, it chooses that recipe instead of the White Focus Lens recipe.
