So when you right click to grab a neon pipe out of the techtable you get 2 neon pipes not 3. I can post a video to youtube with this bug, but a lot of my bugs dont make sense, and you would not see the right click anyway.

this is normal vanilla logic: right click means split stack, and this is what is happening here...
