Plasma Cutter break "metal" blocks from other mods quite quick, how it intented to do. But there is no drop.

Example of "metal" blocks

• Techguns (Metal decorative walls, machines)
• Tech Reborn (All machines)
• Magneticraft (All machine blocks)

I think issue is, Plasma Cutter does NOT considered "Pickaxe", so any block broken does not drop anything.
Maybe you change so if block considered "metal", cutter odtain properties of pickaxe, other way it stay non-pickaxe mode. Maybe swap item in hand for a similar torch but with pickaxe properties, while aiming on "metal" block. You can even change animation for torch adding active flame. I know you do it alrady, when ever E-scanner enter slime chunk, scanner go green. You can do the same every time I aim at metal block.
