[1.15.2] EMC values for ProjectE don't work and are not visible when Futurepack is installed with Thermal Expansion

Futurepack version: Futurepack-1.15.2-20.1.0.jar
Exact Forge version: Forge-31.2.41
Link to crash log (please use a paste site, do not attach the .txt or paste the log inline): N/A
Steps to reproduce:
- Have ProjectE PE1.0.4.jar, Futurepack 20.1.0.jar, Thermal Expansion 0.2.3b, Cofh Core 0.6.2b, and Thermal Foundation 0.2.2b downloaded.
- Launch game.
- Create new world.
- Check for EMC values.
- Check to see if blocks/items that accept EMC accept Vanilla Minecraft blocks. Ex: placing a stone block in the exchange tablet.
What I expected to happen: EMC to be visible and usable.
What happened instead: EMC was not visible or usable.
Note: Removing Futurepack or Thermal Expansion will cause EMC values to work again, but not with both downloaded at once.
This seems like a ProjectE issue, have you opened an issue there? if so please link them if not open them & link them.

Update from team CoFH: "I do have that fix in for the manager which will probably fix this, but Futurepack is still doing some really bad stuff by returning null for buckets. So it's a combo of things. And it could be fixed by either us or Futurepack. And I can code defensively, but Futurepack will still have a bug"
