Whenever there is a Neon sand pocket, in the same location there will be an overlapping Alutine sand pocket.

This was the case for the first 4 pockets I found, but actually this turns out to be a coincidence.

The pockets seem to generate exactly at chunk corners, which increases the chances of them overlapping.

Actually, perhaps this is still an issue? They still seem to overlap more often than would be natural, given the range of Y values they could take.
