[1.16.4] Composite Armor should only work when equipped in the appropriate slot

The Composite armor should only add to armor and toughness when equipped the appropriate slot. For example, the tooltip for the Composite Chestplate should only show "When on Body: ...":
Currently it even works when equipped in the main hand or the off-hand:
