Blah, I hit enter by accident. Copypasted and edited from a comment I made on Curseforge:

I've noticed an error where ores do not have a mining level and are able to be mined by hand. This is true for all ores in this mod.

I was not able to reproduce this with Futurepack-1.16.4-31.1.8226. If it is still an Issue for you @Mysteriaa please include a list of mods you used where this bug happens.
