intermittent not getting credit for research completion (fix by restarting)

21.0.4 (not the latest)
I want to say this happened twice, but the second time I was very aware of it.
I was away from my computer while researching Space Travel, when I got back, the items had left the Researcher, but I could not make the BoardComputer. I thought perhaps it glitched and lost my items, so I tried to repeat the learning, but I couldn't get the blueprint. So I had the idea of "turning it off and back on again" and when it reloaded, I did have credit for the Space Travel.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: ( possibly not repeatable as I believe I would not have been the first to see this and no one have commented, but this is what I did)

  1. Put the items for Space Travel in the researcher
  2. Wait a long time because I only have one Calculation Module attached
  3. Notice that the items are gone, but not be able to craft the BoardComputer
  4. Restart and be able to craft the BoardComputer

I had a similar problem before, and I couldn't research something, so I looked at my list of research completed, and compared that to the research json to see that I had both parents, and looked at the logic for when to show the ? page. And it seemed like I should have been able to do whatever research that was, but when I restarted the game it worked. SO it seemed like it could have been the same issue (not getting active credit but getting the credit recorded) I mostly wrote this in case anyone else noticed it but didn't comment. Also I have never noticed having this problem before. I've played 20.1.4 once already, and played many versions fully back to 1.12. It's a great mod.
