Neon lamp doesn't show its blue colour

Pack version: Futurepack-1.16.4-31.1.8176.jar Forge version: 1.16.4-forge-35.1.28
Description: The neon lamp doesn't show its blue colour when placed down instead it shows a grayish/white colour, however it still emits light so it seems to be a render issue.
Reproduction:
- Open a world
- Place a neon lamp
