I have many mods so sorry if this is outside of your control!!
I tried to make a automated flash drive loading/unloading system for research. I had build everything for it expect input for the flash drives and when I tried to do it with the "large" wardrobe block, it crashed when I put the "Insert Node" next to it.

This can be just a random occurrence of a rare bug, so reproduction might be hard if not impossible

To Reproduce [NOT 100% Guaranteed to work!]

  1. Load a new world.
  2. Place down a wardrobe block
  3. Build any kind of tube system 1 block away from it.
  4. Place a "Insert Node" to the side so that it connects the wardrobe to the tube system.
  5. Crash. Loading world again wont work if it saved it self just before crash.

Possible fix if someone else had this problem [MAY DELETE YOUR PROGRESS THROUGH THE MOD]:
Load your world without the mod and replace the position of the insert node with something else. Then you can enable the mod again and hopefully not lose everything you have done.

This has happened to me as well, the server this world is on crashes before I can set the insert node to air via console, unloading chunks doesn't work because this crash occurs even when no chunks are loaded. I tried removing the insert_node tile entity at the given position, it doesn't work because the block is still there and it re-creates the tile entity on launch and I genuinely do not know where I can access specific blocks in the world file itself so I can delete both the actual block and the related tile entity.
the way I caused this crash was by placing down the insert node to my neon furnace and as soon as I did that the server crashed
