Researcher cant research things that take 2+ slots. [1.12.2]

I was researching some things and got to the point where they took 2+ slots in the researcher. It cant seem to do them. The first slot will go two %100 but the second slot will not do anything. (dont fully understand what the template means). I have Futurepack-1_12_2.
