IS there possibility that some kind of separate visual novel be created or story map(as world type at world creation - prefabed world for story exploration) be added to mod?

if somebody does this and makes a merge request on gitlab they should feel free to do so. I am a programmer so writing or creating stories or even coming up with good designs is not my strong point.
