Issue Description
So when i blacklist items in the green arrow of monocart, it does not work No matter what i put, all items just get deposited into the monocart, whitelist mode works fine.

the red arrow of the monocart works fine in both the modes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. put item in blacklist mode in the green arrow
2. put item in chest along with the blacklisted item
3. start the monocart
4. when monocart reaches station, all items are found in monocart inventory including the blacklisted ones.
