[1.18.2] Technoboss becomes water zombie

Describe the bug
1.18.2 - Perhaps this is not a defect, but it seems unintended. The technozombie boss if not killed quickly when underwater becomes a water zombie, which is fine, but when this water zombie is killed, the door is not opened. Thus leaving the dungeon impassible.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to an underwater boss room
- Trigger the first fight and defeat them
- When the boss comes out, hit it a few times but then leave because you are now out of air.
- When you get back, it has turned in to a water zombie.
- Kill it but the "boss room cleared" does not trigger.
- Stand around because the door will now likely never open.

this bug was reported in the past and fixed (as in the zombie is converted and if the converted zombie is killed the door opens...) weird...
I remember reading about it for the first wave of zombies, but I generally kill them pretty quickly before they have a chance to water-up. this guy (I think the scientist in en-us) converted while I was getting air.
Is there any way to make the room's ADSPT (dungeon_spawner) reset?
