The swords of bioterium, retium, neon, glowtitle, deal critical damage even at 0 NE
I made video about this
Plus I am now using mesa3d to make 1.18 Minecraft run without open gl. It is laggy
I used 2 version of Minecraft they are 1.16 and 1.18 to make video about it
Old version runs at 60 fps

The neon sword gives more critical damage than retium
Make the sword deal no damage if charge is zero or break instantly
