There are conditions for y level, seesky, etc... but it would be helpful to have the ability to apply effects to a character based on whether they are riding a minecart, boat, etc....

Also, any way that entities could be added to the list of possible right and left click targets, instead of just blocks? So we could trigger an effect based on them right clicking on an NPC or specific Mob?
