Page up/page down and home/end can be used with a pop up menu open

Using page up/page down or home/end while a pop up is open can select elements from the base config menu
Mod Loader: Fabric
Minecraft Version: 1.21.1
Mod Version: 0.6.5
This is related to other issues involving popups, that will all be resolved together when I stop listening to keybinds from the screen itself while a popup is open (only the popup should be listening)
