Have a portal at least work.

For the time being, the portal will mimic the Nether portal, but it uses Gold Blocks for the frame, and Fire as the activator.

At this stage, portal creation does not work.

Another thing of note regarding teleporting to Gaia.

On teleporting into the dimension, the player's coordinates are the same as they were when they entered the portal. This would mean if they were to create the portal in a plains biome and somehow teleport into a Static Wasteland, they would be trapped, instead of appearing on the top block.
