Describe the Bug
I seem to remember weather not affecting Gaia at all; however, in the 1.19.4 beta when the weather in the overworld is raining or thundering the sky dims in the same way it would in a desert biome in the overworld.

Vanilla issue, or more so, an issue of Minecraft unifying weather systems across dimensions, but because vanilla's only other dimensions don't actually have a sky, this can happen.
I have one of two ways I can deal with this:
- Un-render the sky/fog dimming. I already have a sky renderer, but I'd also need a cloud and fog renderer copy that removes the dimming.
- ASM the weather out of the dimension. If I want #46 to happen, this will be inevitable.
