Bonemeal the Grasses

Obviously, there is no way to bonemeal Glitter Grass, Corrupt Grass, Murky Grass, or Soft Grass. There is a possible way to make it so that bonemeal can be used, but at the same time, I may need to make a new item, as well as some biome checks, if possible
